Subprocessors

Definition

A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Link2Feed, who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data. Link2Feed primarily engages infrastructure subprocessors, but may expand this capacity over time.

Infrastructure Subprocessors

Link2Feed owns or controls access to the infrastructure used to host data submitted to the system, other than as set forth below. Currently, the Link2Feed production systems for are located in co-location facilities in Canada, the United States and Europe. Licensee accounts are established in one of these regions based on where the end-user's agency is located; the data subsequently remains in that region unless agreed between the licensee and Link2Feed, but may be shifted among data centers within a region to ensure performance and availability of the services. The following table describes the countries and legal entities engaged in the storage of Link2Feed's service data.
