Visits to Agencies Report
The column and row headers will list all agencies. It is a cross-tabulation of the number of clients who accessed more than one site. If the cell for the row of Agency A and column of Agency A say 16, that means 16 people accessed the same agency during that time period. However, if a cell for the row of Agency A and column for Agency B say 12, that means 12 people accessed both of those locations during that time period.
The Visits to Agencies report tracks unique individuals who visit each site, and their visits to multiple sites overlap. It does not matter how many times a client visits a site – they will only be counted once in the report.
For example, if Client A visits Agency 1 twice, Agency 2 three times, and does not visit Agency 3, the counts will be displayed as:
Agency 1 | Agency 2 | Agency 3 | |
---|---|---|---|
Agency 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 |
Agency 2 | 1 | 1 | 0 |
Agency 3 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Agency A served 30 individuals. Of those 30, 12 only accessed Agency A, 16 accessed A and B, and 2 accessed A and C. Where x are unknown values for other agencies, the counts will be displayed as:
Agency A | Agency B | Agency C | |
---|---|---|---|
Agency A | 30 | 16 | 2 |
Agency B | 16 | x | x |
Agency C | 2 | x | x |
Note that it is possible that some people will go to A, B, and C. For example, 12 only go to A, 16 go to A and B, and 8 go to A and C (which means that 6 of those 8 went to A, B, and C). The number does not come out to 100% of clients but is still consistent with what is occurring at the agencies. Where x is unknown values for other agencies, the counts will be displayed as:
Agency A | Agency B | Agency C | |
---|---|---|---|
Agency A | 30 | 16 | 8 |
Agency B | 16 | x | x |
Agency C | 8 | x | x |

This report does NOT break the security scheme within networks. If your network is restricted, you will NOT be able to see a report that breaks down visits to other agencies. The "walls" between agencies are up across the board.
