As of mid-day on April 22nd, VROMO has been experiencing an outage on their API platform which is used by Link2Feed to connect to DoorDash.
We are communicating with VROMO on status updates and will post here when the issue has been resolved.
At 4:38pm ET on Friday, April 22nd we received the following update from VROMO:
We are pleased to inform you that the system issue encountered earlier has now been resolved. We apologise profusely for the inconvenience and assure you that we do not take these issues lightly.
By way of a summary explanation, we began to experience issues earlier today with our database servers. We have high availability built in as standard which means multiple databases running concurrently so that we can redirect to another database in the unusual event that we encounter an issue. Unfortunately, this system did not kick in as intended, which led to an outage.
We realize that VROMO is a crucial part of your business and again we sincerely apologize for the issues this outage may have caused. The issues are rare in our experience but we take them all the more seriously as a result so please rest assured that we will learn from this event and ensure that it is never repeated.
