2021 Changes - Agency Intake Settings

Agency settings can be customized by users who have the Agency Manager user role.

  1. Go to Administration, Organizations.

  2. Click the orange edit icon beside the agency you want to edit

  3. Click on the Intake Settings tab.

This list will ONLY display settings that Network Administrators have set to “ON/Optional” at the agency level. That selection allows the setting to be across all agencies, but can be turned off at the agency level

There’s a little question mark icon beside each option. If you hover over it, it will describe what selecting the option would do.
