How Do I Add an Organization?
Step-by-Step Guide
Click on the "Administration" heading. Click on "Organizations".Click on the "+ New Agency"
button.
Details
Name: name of the organization
Short name: abbreviated name that would show up on reports
Phone, Fax, Email, Website: optional fields
Default language: the language that organization should see
Default Time Zone: time zone the organization is in
Address
Line 1, Line 2, City, Province/State, Postal/Zip Code, Country: the organization's address
It's optional to add a main contact for the agency. This would include their name, position and the option to add an email address and phone number.
This is NOT the same section as where you would be adding a user. This does not count as adding a user's profile.
Click Save & Next

You'll now have access to additional tabs.
Search for the new agency on the organization grid and click on the orange "edit" icon beside it.
Program Settings
This is a list of all of the programs available.
Orange Tag/Exception at this Agency: this program is using a copy that was originally created at the network level, but have made modifications.
Blue Tag/Managed at the Network: this program is using the version that was originally created at the network level
No Tag: this program was created specifically only at this agency.

If you'd like a new program created specifically for this agency, Network Administrators will need to submit a support ticket.
Click Save & Next
Case Management (C. MGMT) Settings
The options visible on this list are the ones unlocked by the network organization.
You can choose to turn the setting on or off and save your changes.
There's a small question mark beside each option to provide a bit more information about it.

The fields visible on this list are the ones unlocked by the network organization.
You can choose to turn the field on or off
If unlocked by the network you can also set to have the field be required or not required
