If internet connectivity is lost during an active meal service or the strength is low the following warnings will appear. The meal service timer will continue during any and all connectivity losses.
The Red warning will appear only when attempting to record a meal for a participant (in School Year) or count a meal (Summer) and connectivity is lost or too weak. This indicates that the meal has NOT been recorded and should be attempted again once connectivity is restored.
The Orange warning will appear during any meal service and connectivity is lost or too weak. The user will NOT be able to continue the meal service until connectivity is restored.
When attempting to record a meal and internet connectivity is lost:
"Sorry, we were unable to record that meal at this time. Please make sure you're connected to the internet"
When internet connectivity is lost or weak during a meal service:
"Please make sure you're connected to the internet or reload this page."
