The export feature is assigned to Network Administrators only. You will be able to custom select fields you want to export between specific dates. You can also select the organization(s) and programs to export from.
Go to the Administration heading. Click "Export".
Click on “New Export”
Agree to the disclaimer by checking off the checkbox.
- Select the start and end dates.
- Check off the organization(s) and meal type(s) that you want to export data from.
- Check off the fields within the main sections (Meal Service, Participant, Meals) that you to want to export data from.
- Click on "Create Export".
- You will be brought back to the Exports page with a notification that your data is being generated.
- Refresh your page until you see your export on the page.
- When the export is ready, click on the "View" icon
