What If I Forgot My Password?

Step-by-Step Guide

If you've entered your password incorrectly more than three consecutive times, you will be locked out of the system. The unlock process will include sending you a password reset email. The system will also unlock your account after an hour and allow you try entering your password again. 


  1. Below the login area is a button that says, "I forgot my password".
  2. Click on that button.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your email address to request that password be reset and sent to you.
  4. Click on the "Make Request" button. 
  5. You will see a notification that a password reset email has been sent to the email address you entered.
  6. This email will provide you with a link to follow that will allow you to reset your password and log in.

    If you didn't request this, please ignore this email.

    Your password won't change until you access the link above and create a new one.

Junk/Spam

If you can't find the email in your main inbox, make sure to also check your spam and junk folders.

Access to Email Account

The request needs to be linked to an email account that exists in the system, and will be sent to that email address.  If it is sent to an email account that you do not have access to or to an account that does not normally receive email (ie "volunteer6@foodbank.com") you will not be able to access the request email.  In this case please contact your manager.
