How Do I Create a Kayako Account?

Step-by-Step Guide

Link2Feed uses Kayako to accurately monitor and track the support tickets you have entered into the system. Only the network administrator has access to submit a support ticket. 

  • Click on /wiki/spaces/LKCUM/pages/45940932 for more information on creating a support ticket
  • After creating a ticket, if the email address you supplied is a real one, you will receive an email welcoming you to Link2Feed's helpdesk

  • You are not required to sign in or create an account in order to follow up with your ticket status. Any comment made or change done to your ticket will be emailed to you for your convenience. Creating an account allows you go in and check your ticket status at any time, and any previous tickets you may have submitted.

  • You will also soonafter receive the email below as an automated response. This confirms your ticket was received by Link2Feed support. 
  • There will be a specific link at the bottom of the email that can direct you to your particular ticket.
