Log4j

Link2Feed is aware of the recent Log4j vulnerability. Upon evaluation, we have determined that there is no impact to our product and Link2Feed customers are not at risk.

Duplicates

When merging CNCT profiles with profiles already in the system, the client ID number isn’t updating in the client’s CNCT account

Consent

When merging client duplicates where the CNCT profile is the one being discarded, the consent the client agreed to in CNCT is not being moved over to the maintained profile.

Autocomplete Issues

When the user has address autocomplete enabled and another language is used when completing CNCT, the screen blanks out when the user gets to the address section. This has ben resolved.

CNCT Timeout

The CNCT site had the same inactivity timeout as the Link2Feed intake system, 20 minutes. This has now been extended to 60 minutes.

Household Members Created in CNCT Being Duplicated
