If you've entered your password incorrectly more than three consecutive times, you will be locked out of the system. The unlock process will include sending you a password reset email. The system will also unlock your account after an hour and allow you try entering your password again. |

The request needs to be linked to an email account that exists in the system, and will be sent to that email address. If it is sent to an email account that you do not have access to or to an account that does not normally receive email (ie "volunteer6@foodbank.com") you will not be able to access the request email. In this case please contact your manager. |
