Click on the "Administration" heading. Click on "Lists".
Scroll through the lists in the table or type the name into the search box.
When you have located the list that needs to be edited, click on the "Edit" (pencil) icon in the far right column of the table.
Click on the "New Option" button.
In the field marked "Label", type in how you want that list item to be shown in the system.
The Description field will enable you to briefly describe the label. This is optional.
Where applicable, choose the "Parent" type for that list option.
Click on the "Save" button to save the items or "Cancel" to discard.
When List items are added, they will need to be enabled by Link2Feed before appearing on the client file; a Network Administrator can submit a support ticket detailing which items in "Lists" need enabling.
List items will not show in the system unless the agency is tracking them; a Network Administrator can submit a support ticket detailing which List items are now being tracked and Link2Feed will enable the tracking.
Lists that don't have a "Edit" (pencil) icon beside them cannot be edited. Locked lists and list items are those that are required for regional or national reporting.
Lists that have radio button options will change to a drop down list if more than 16 options are active.
To add an "Other (Specify)" option where an additional text box appears, you will specifically have to enter the words "Other (Specify)" and it has to match a parent type that says Other Specify.
